I “heart” SLP

This is a Finding Words story!

I have been blessed to be a part of the wonderful world of Speech Language Pathology. As a 30 year practitioner in the area of Aphasia, I have come to meet unique individuals who have suddenly lost their voice. Together, we set off on a journey to find either the same voice, or a new one. Communication is vital to sustaining life. We use communication to navigate throughout our day. It is my honor to be a part of an individual’s life and in guiding them down this communication journey.
