A LIFE CHANGING MORNING

This is a Finding Words story!

I woke up one morning and discovered that my wife Kay had suffered a stroke during the night. It was a life changing event. We had been world travelers since we both retired. Kay also suffered multiple seizures one year after the stroke which was even more damaging to her recovery. We attend speech and physical therapy sessions twice a week. She is improving but progress is slow. We still travel but our range is limited to Caribbean cruises which Kay handles very well.
