After we verify your patient's insurance coverage, we will assign you a Clinical Consultant who will be your primary contact with Lingraphica. Your Clinical Consultant will train you, and will be available throughout the trial, and afterward, to provide support.
In less than an hour you will learn everything you need to know to supervise a patient trial and decide whether the Lingraphica is the right device for your patient. You will become familiar with the basics of the device and learn how to customize it for your patient
To prepare you for your phone training, we provide an instructional video built right into the loaner Lingraphica. Watching this video will make your phone training shorter and easier. It is indexed so that you can watch it in segments and at your leisure. You can also use it as a reference later to refresh your memory about a particular feature.
It is our strong belief that a patient's success with the Lingraphica relies, in large measure, on support from caregivers. For this reason we offer training for your patient's caregivers during the trial or later on.
Lingraphica offers free group webinars, or one-on-one Internet training, to any interested individual or group. These can be adapted to cover any and all topics of interest to prospective or current Lingraphica users.
