Your Lingraphica can be controlled online by personnel at Lingraphica Technical Support. Once connected, we can:
- Personalize and program your Lingraphica
- Do demonstrations and tutorials
- Troubleshoot technical problems
2. Connect your Lingraphica to the Internet by plugging your Internet cable into the Ethernet port on the side of your Lingraphica. You will need to have a working Internet connection.
3. Select Remote Control from the Help menu.
4. The remote control window will appear.
Depending on your version of the Lingraphica, you may see the window below. If you do, make sure the access code is 2914263 and click OK.
Note: If you click anywhere in the Lingraphica by mistake, the remote control window will disappear. To make it reappear, just go back to the Help menu and select Remote Control again.
5. You will then see a message window asking if it is OK to go into slave mode. Click OK. That's it! A Lingraphicare employee will now have control over your Lingraphica.
1. Try re-setting (by unplugging and then plugging back in) your router (if you have one) and modem.
2. Make sure that the Lingraphica is connected to your modem or router and that the cable is plugged in solidly at both ends.
3. If you don't see the message above, but nothing is happening, take the following steps to determine if you have an Internet connection:
- Make sure the window is showing something that looks like a TV remote control. If it's not showing, go back to the Help menu and chose Remote Control again.
- Click on the gp4 menu, which should be at the very top of the Lingraphica screen.
- Select Preferences.
- Click OK.
- If there is a problem with the Internet connection, you should see the message below.
